Rooted in Empathy. Guided by Purpose.
Therapy here is collaborative and unhurried. You set the pace; Muskan brings the structure, the questions and the care.

- Step 1 of 5pause
Time that belongs only to you. No pressure to arrive with the right words, or any words at all.
- Step 2 of 5talk
Say it the way it comes out: messy, unsure, half-formed. You are met with warmth and full attention.
- Step 3 of 5reflect
Together we notice patterns in your thoughts, your relationships, and the way you speak to yourself.
- Step 4 of 5understand
Knowing why you feel the way you do is often where things begin to loosen.
- Step 5 of 5heal
Not a finish line. A steadier way of living with yourself that you carry long after a session ends.
Four promises
Personalised Care
No two people get the same therapy. Sessions are shaped around your history, your goals and how you like to work.
Safe & Non-judgemental
Whatever you bring is welcome. You will never be rushed, labelled or made to feel like too much.
Evidence-based Practices
Methods grounded in research, delivered with a human touch.
Holistic Well-being
Your sleep, body, work and relationships all shape how you feel. We look at the whole picture.
What the first weeks look like
Reach out
Send a short message. A line or two about what is on your mind is enough.
First conversation
We talk about what brings you here, so you can decide if this feels right.
Regular sessions
We meet at a rhythm that suits you, usually weekly to begin with.
Review together
Every few weeks we check what is helping and adjust. You can pause anytime.
Before you begin
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between you and Muskan. There are a few limits every therapist works within, such as a serious risk to someone's safety, and these are explained clearly in your first session.
What if I don’t know what to talk about?
That is very common. You do not need a plan or a polished story. We can begin with whatever feels most present, even if that is simply feeling stuck.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you are working through. Some people come for a focused few weeks, others for longer. We review progress together, and you are always free to pause or stop.
Online or in person, which is better?
Both work well. Online suits busy schedules and people who feel more relaxed at home. In person offers a dedicated, quiet space away from everyday life.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call 112 or Tele-MANAS, India's free 24/7 mental health helpline, on 14416.
